The first design module in my 3rd year was to choose a competition brief, to work on, which we could also expand upon. I chose to do the puffin brief by penguin books, to design the soft book cover for Lewis Carroll's 'Alice's adventures in wonderland.' My concept was to base my main illustrations for the book around children's fascination with dressing up as characters.
